    I am working as a College Librarian at Government Degree College Paloncha, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Dt, Telangana State, 507115. I completed MLISc in 2006 and am pursuing a Ph. D  from Osmania  University Telangana. I have 13 years of professional experience in my area of interest in Library Automation, User Education and web blogging.

●       District Level Special Contribution award as a Teacher on the occasion of Telangana State Education Day on 20-06-2023 as a part of Telangana state Dashabdi Utsavaalu 2023.

 Department responsibilities:

1. Maintaining College Library with fully automated integrated Library Software (SOUL 3.0)
2. Students are using e-resources, like NLIST, NDLI and other e-resources form college Digital Library.
3. Career guidance and Competitive Exams Information and materials regularly sending to users with college library blog (https://gdcpalonchalibrary.blogspot.com/)
4. Conducted 45 days  free certificate course on “ICT Tools for Higher Education”
5. MoU with (National Digital Library of India)  NDLI to make use of resources and conduct awareness programmes for increasing the use of e-resources.
6. With the support of the Hon’ble Collector established the Digital Library in GDC Paloncha, Rupees Seventy five thousand has been sanctioned.

7. I have been attending and extending  my services to during the NAAC visits (6 colleges) in the erstwhile khammam District with instructions of CCE, TS Hyd

 

Additional In charges service activities:

●       Performed my duties  as Special officer for Jaganadhapuram Village, Paloncha mandal, and involved Palle pragathi for three years.

●       Special officer for Paloncha municipality, and actively involved Pattana pragathi.

●       I am presently serving as District Secretary for Telangana Gazetted Officers Association and actively involved in solving the employee  issues in the District.

●       District President for Telangana Government College Gazetted Teachers Association (TGCGTA) and actively involved in solving the employee issues in the District.

●       I extended my service to Drug  Awareness Programmes at the Degree Colleges in the Bhadradri Kothagudem District with the Prohibition & Excise Department as a Resource person.
